游子吟/Canción del viajero/A Traveller's Song
[唐Táng] 孟郊Mèng Jiāo
慈母手中线，/El hilo en las manos de la madre bondadosa,/The thread in the loving mother's hands,
游子身上衣。/la ropa sobre el cuerpo del viajero./the clothes on the traveler's body.
临行密密缝，/Al partir, cose con puntadas muy juntas,/Before he leaves, she sews closely and tightly,
意恐迟迟归。/temiendo que tarde en volver./fearing he'll be slow to return.
