(Verano/Summer) 的 (Momento,cuando/Time,when) ， (Baobao) 一家去 (Orilla del lago/Lakeside) 玩儿。 (Orilla del lago/Lakeside) 有一条 (Riachuelo/Stream) 。

Un día de (夏天xiàtiān) , la familia de (宝宝Bǎobǎo) fue a pasar el día a la (湖边húbiān) . En la (湖边húbiān) había un (小河xiǎohé) .

One (夏天xiàtiān) day, (宝宝Bǎobǎo) 's family went to the (湖边húbiān) . By the (湖边húbiān) there was a (小河xiǎohé) .

场景二/Chǎngjǐng èr/Escena 2/Scene 2

(Dudú) 看着 (Riachuelo/Stream) 问：‘ (Por qué/Why) (Agua del río/River water) 会 (Fluir/Flow) ？ (Por qué/Why) (Agua del lago/Lake water) 不 (Fluir/Flow) ？’

(嘟嘟Dūdū) miró el (小河xiǎohé) y preguntó: ‘¿ (为什么wèi shénme) el (河水héshuǐ) (流动liúdòng) ? ¿ (为什么wèi shénme) el (湖水húshuǐ) no (流动liúdòng) ?’.

(嘟嘟Dūdū) looked at the (小河xiǎohé) and asked, ‘ (为什么wèi shénme) does the (河水héshuǐ) (流动liúdòng) ? (为什么wèi shénme) doesn't the (湖水húshuǐ) (流动liúdòng) ?’

场景三/Chǎngjǐng sān/Escena 3/Scene 3

(Tíngting) 看见小鸟在天上 (Volar de aquí para allá/Fly around) ，问：‘ (Por qué/Why) 鸟儿不在水里 (Volar/Fly) ？’

(婷婷Tíngtíng) vio a los pájaros (飞来飞去fēi lái fēi qù) por el cielo y preguntó: ‘¿ (为什么wèi shénme) los pájaros no (飞fēi) en el agua?’.

(婷婷Tíngtíng) saw the birds (飞来飞去fēi lái fēi qù) in the sky and asked, ‘ (为什么wèi shénme) don't birds (飞fēi) in the water?’

场景四/Chǎngjǐng sì/Escena 4/Scene 4

(Baobao) 看见小鱼在水里 (Nadar de aquí para allá/Swim around) ，问：‘ (Por qué/Why) 鱼儿不在天上 (Nadar/Swim) ？’

(宝宝Bǎobǎo) vio a los pececitos (游来游去yóu lái yóu qù) en el agua y preguntó: ‘¿ (为什么wèi shénme) los peces no (游yóu) en el cielo?’.

(宝宝Bǎobǎo) saw the little fish (游来游去yóu lái yóu qù) in the water and asked, ‘ (为什么wèi shénme) don't fish (游yóu) in the sky?’

场景五/Chǎngjǐng wǔ/Escena 5/Scene 5

(Rocky) 跳进 (Riachuelo/Stream) 里 (Nadar/Swim) 。 (Dudú) 问：‘ (Rocky) 会 (Nadar/Swim) ， (Por qué/Why) 它不会 (Volar/Fly) ？’

(洛基Luòjī) saltó al (小河xiǎohé) a (游泳yóuyǒng) . (嘟嘟Dūdū) preguntó: ‘ (洛基Luòjī) sabe (游泳yóuyǒng) , ¿ (为什么wèi shénme) no sabe (飞fēi) ?’.

(洛基Luòjī) jumped into the (小河xiǎohé) to (游泳yóuyǒng) . (嘟嘟Dūdū) asked, ‘ (洛基Luòjī) can (游泳yóuyǒng) , so (为什么wèi shénme) can't he (飞fēi) ?’

场景六/Chǎngjǐng liù/Escena 6/Scene 6

(Dudú) 又问：‘现在是 (Verano/Summer) ， (Invierno/Winter) 在 (Dónde/Where) ？’ (Adulto,mayor/Adult,grown-up) 们都笑了。 (Papá,padre/Dad,father) 说：‘你的问题怎么 (Tan,así/So,like this) 多！’

(嘟嘟Dūdū) volvió a preguntar: ‘Ahora es (夏天xiàtiān) , ¿ (哪里nǎlǐ) está el (冬天dōngtiān) ?’. Los (大人dàren) se rieron. (爸爸Bàba) dijo: ‘¡Tienes (这么zhème) preguntas!’.

(嘟嘟Dūdū) asked again, ‘Now it's (夏天xiàtiān) , so (哪里nǎlǐ) is (冬天dōngtiān) ?’ The (大人dàren) laughed. (爸爸Bàba) said, ‘You have (这么zhème) many questions!’

场景七/Chǎngjǐng qī/Escena 7/Scene 7

(Mamá,madre/Mom,mother) 说：‘你 (Crecer,hacerse mayor/Grow up) 了就会 (Entender/Understand) 。’ (Dudú) 说：‘可是我现在就 (Pensar,querer/Think,want) (Entender/Understand) ！’

(妈妈Māmā) dijo: ‘Cuando (长大zhǎngdà) lo (明白míngbai) ’. (嘟嘟Dūdū) dijo: ‘¡Pero yo (想xiǎng) (明白míngbai) ahora!’.

(妈妈Māmā) said, ‘When you (长大zhǎngdà) , you'll (明白míngbai) .’ (嘟嘟Dūdū) said, ‘But I (想xiǎng) to (明白míngbai) now!’

场景八/Chǎngjǐng bā/Escena 8/Scene 8

天黑的 (Momento,cuando/Time,when) ， (Dudú) 问：‘天黑了， (Luz,claridad/Light,brightness) 在 (Dónde/Where) ？’ (Papá,padre/Dad,father) 指着天上说：‘你看， (Luz de la luna/Moonlight) 就是 (Por la noche/At night) 的 (Luz,claridad/Light,brightness) 。’

(时候shíhou) se hizo de noche, (嘟嘟Dūdū) preguntó: ‘Ya es de noche, ¿ (哪里nǎlǐ) está la (光明guāngmíng) ?’. (爸爸Bàba) señaló el cielo y dijo: ‘Mira, la (月光yuèguāng) es la (光明guāngmíng) de la (夜里yèli) ’.

(时候shíhou) it got dark, (嘟嘟Dūdū) asked, ‘It's dark now, so (哪里nǎlǐ) is the (光明guāngmíng) ?’ (爸爸Bàba) pointed at the sky and said, ‘Look, the (月光yuèguāng) is the (光明guāngmíng) (夜里yèli) .’

场景九/Chǎngjǐng jiǔ/Escena 9/Scene 9

(Por la noche/At night) ， (Dudú) 躺在床上，还在 (Pensar,querer/Think,want) ：‘ (Por qué/Why) ？ (Por qué/Why) ？’

Por la (夜里yèli) , (嘟嘟Dūdū) , tumbado en la cama, seguía (想xiǎng) : ‘¿ (为什么wèi shénme) ? ¿ (为什么wèi shénme) ?’.

(夜里yèli) , (嘟嘟Dūdū) lay in bed, still (想xiǎng) , ‘ (为什么wèi shénme) ? (为什么wèi shénme) ?’

场景十/Chǎngjǐng shí/Escena 10/Scene 10

第二天早上， (Dudú) 对大家说：‘我要多看书，多学习， (Crecer,hacerse mayor/Grow up) 了就都 (Entender/Understand) 了！’大家说：‘小好奇，你真棒！’

A la mañana siguiente, (嘟嘟Dūdū) dijo a todos: ‘¡Voy a leer mucho y a estudiar mucho, y cuando (长大zhǎngdà) lo (明白míngbai) todo!’. Todos dijeron: ‘¡Muy bien, pequeño curioso!’.
