场景一/Chǎngjǐng yī/Escena 1/Scene 1

国庆节， (Baobao) 一家来到北京。 (Tiananmen/Tiananmen) (Alzarse firme/Stand tall) 在广场北边， (Resplandeciente/Splendid) 。

En la Fiesta Nacional, la familia de (宝宝Bǎobǎo) llegó a Pekín. (天安门Tiān'ānmén) se (屹立yìlì) al norte de la plaza, (金碧辉煌jīnbì huīhuáng) .

On National Day, (宝宝Bǎobǎo) 's family arrived in Beijing. (天安门Tiān'ānmén) (屹立yìlì) at the north end of the square, (金碧辉煌jīnbì huīhuáng) .

场景二/Chǎngjǐng èr/Escena 2/Scene 2

城楼上 (Colgar/Hang) 着庄严的 (Emblema nacional/National emblem) 。 (Papá,padre/Dad,father) 说：‘一九四九年， (Mao Zedong/Mao Zedong) 主席就在这里宣告了新中国的诞生。’

En la torre (悬挂xuánguà) el solemne (国徽guóhuī) . (爸爸Bàba) dijo: ‘En 1949, el presidente (毛泽东Máo Zédōng) proclamó aquí el nacimiento de la Nueva China’.

The solemn (国徽guóhuī) (悬挂xuánguà) on the gate tower. (爸爸Bàba) said: ‘In 1949, Chairman (毛泽东Máo Zédōng) proclaimed the birth of New China right here.’

场景三/Chǎngjǐng sān/Escena 3/Scene 3

(Tíngting) 摸着城台说：‘这么高的城台，都是用 (Ladrillo/Brick) (Construido con/Built of) 的吗？’

(婷婷Tíngtíng) , tocando la muralla, preguntó: ‘¿Esta plataforma tan alta está (砌成qìchéng) toda con (砖zhuān) ?’

Touching the wall, (婷婷Tíngtíng) asked: ‘Is this whole tall platform (砌成qìchéng) of (砖zhuān) ?’

场景四/Chǎngjǐng sì/Escena 4/Scene 4

城台上是一座 (Gran salón/Main hall) ，黄色的 (Teja vidriada/Glazed tile) 在阳光下 (Brillar/Glitter) 。

Sobre la plataforma había un (大殿dàdiàn) , y sus (琉璃瓦liúliwǎ) amarillas (闪耀shǎnyào) al sol.

On top of the platform stood a (大殿dàdiàn) , and its yellow (琉璃瓦liúliwǎ) (闪耀shǎnyào) in the sun.

场景五/Chǎngjǐng wǔ/Escena 5/Scene 5

华表顶上 (Agacharse/Crouch) 着一个石兽，样子很 (Majestuoso/Dignified) 。 (Dudú) 学石兽 (Agacharse/Crouch) 下来，大家都笑了。

En lo alto de la columna había una bestia de piedra (蹲dūn) , de aspecto (威严wēiyán) . (嘟嘟Dūdū) la imitó (蹲dūn) y todos se rieron.

On top of the marble column a stone beast (蹲dūn) , looking very (威严wēiyán) . (嘟嘟Dūdū) (蹲dūn) down to copy it, and everyone laughed.

场景六/Chǎngjǐng liù/Escena 6/Scene 6

(Mamá,madre/Mom,mother) 问：‘你们知道 (Tiananmen/Tiananmen) 是谁设计的吗？是明代的 (Kuai Xiang/Kuai Xiang) 。他出生在江苏 (Condado de Wu/Wu County) 一个 (Carpintero/Carpenter) 家里。’

(妈妈Māmā) preguntó: ‘¿Sabéis quién diseñó (天安门Tiān'ānmén) ? Fue (蒯祥Kuǎi Xiáng) , de la dinastía Ming. Nació en el (吴县Wúxiàn) , en Jiangsu, en una familia de (木匠mùjiang) ’.

(妈妈Māmā) asked: ‘Do you know who designed (天安门Tiān'ānmén) ? It was (蒯祥Kuǎi Xiáng) of the Ming dynasty. He was born in (吴县Wúxiàn) , Jiangsu, into a family of (木匠mùjiang) .’

场景七/Chǎngjǐng qī/Escena 7/Scene 7

‘他父亲是有名的 (Carpintero/Carpenter) (Maestro artesano/Master craftsman) ，他从小就跟着父亲学手艺。’

‘Su padre era un famoso (师傅shīfu) (木匠mùjiang) , y desde pequeño aprendió el oficio con él’.

‘His father was a famous (木匠mùjiang) (师傅shīfu) , and from a young age he learned the craft from him.’

场景八/Chǎngjǐng bā/Escena 8/Scene 8

‘皇帝 (Zhu Di/Zhu Di) 要在北京建 (Palacio/Palace) ， (Reunir/Assemble) 了全国的 (Artesanos hábiles/Skilled craftsmen) 。 (Kuai Xiang/Kuai Xiang) 被 (Recomendar/Recommend) 进了宫。’

‘El emperador (朱棣Zhū Dì) quería construir (宫殿gōngdiàn) en Pekín y (调集diàojí) a los (能工巧匠néng gōng qiǎo jiàng) de todo el país. A (蒯祥Kuǎi Xiáng) lo (推荐tuījiàn) para entrar en palacio’.

场景九/Chǎngjǐng jiǔ/Escena 9/Scene 9

‘他和别的 (Carpintero/Carpenter) 一起 (Devanarse los sesos/Rack one's brains) ，设计出了 (Tiananmen/Tiananmen) 。它是中国古代建筑的 (Modelo/Model) 。’

‘Junto con otros (木匠mùjiang) se (费尽脑汁fèijìn nǎozhī) y diseñó (天安门Tiān'ānmén) . Es un (典范diǎnfàn) de la arquitectura antigua china’.

回到家， (Baobao) 用积木 (Construido con/Built of) 了一座小 (Tiananmen/Tiananmen) 。 (Rocky) 跑过来一碰，积木全倒了！

De vuelta en casa, (宝宝Bǎobǎo) (砌成qìchéng) un pequeño (天安门Tiān'ānmén) con bloques. ¡ (洛基Luòjī) llegó corriendo, lo rozó y se cayó todo!

Back home, (宝宝Bǎobǎo) (砌成qìchéng) a little (天安门Tiān'ānmén) out of blocks. (洛基Luòjī) ran over, bumped it, and it all fell down!
