冬天，天气非常 (Frío/Cold) ，下了一场大雪，地上的雪 (Espeso/Thick) 的。

Era invierno, hacía un (寒冷hánlěng) terrible y cayó una gran nevada; la nieve del suelo estaba (厚厚hòuhòu) .

It was winter, the weather was bitterly (寒冷hánlěng) , and after a heavy snowfall the snow lay (厚厚hòuhòu) on the ground.

场景二/Chǎngjǐng èr/Escena 2/Scene 2

(Dudú) 在院子里发现了一只 (Congelado/Frozen stiff) 的小鸟，身体 (Rígido/Stiff) 的。他把它 (Recoger/Pick up) 。

(嘟嘟Dūdū) encontró en el patio un pajarito (冻僵dòngjiāng) , con el cuerpo (硬硬yìngyìng) . Lo (捡起来jiǎn qǐlái) .

(嘟嘟Dūdū) found a little bird in the yard, (冻僵dòngjiāng) , its body (硬硬yìngyìng) . He (捡起来jiǎn qǐlái) .

场景三/Chǎngjǐng sān/Escena 3/Scene 3

他解开 (Botón/Button) ，把小鸟放在 (Contra el pecho/In one's arms) ，用自己的 (Calor/Warmth) 救它。

Se desabrochó un (衣扣yīkòu) y se puso el pajarito (怀里huái li) para salvarlo con su propio (温暖wēnnuǎn) .

He undid a (衣扣yīkòu) and held the little bird (怀里huái li) to save it with his own (温暖wēnnuǎn) .

场景四/Chǎngjǐng sì/Escena 4/Scene 4

小鸟 (Volver en sí/Come to) 了，在 (Dudú) 的手里很 (A gusto/Comfortable) 。 (Mamá,madre/Mom,mother) 说：‘你真是个 (Bondadoso/Kind-hearted) 的孩子！’

El pajarito (醒过来xǐng guòlái) y estaba muy (舒服shūfu) en las manos de (嘟嘟Dūdū) . (妈妈Māmā) dijo: ‘¡Qué niño tan (好心hǎoxīn) eres!’.

The little bird (醒过来xǐng guòlái) and felt very (舒服shūfu) in (嘟嘟Dūdū) 's hands. (妈妈Māmā) said, ‘What a (好心hǎoxīn) boy you are!’

场景五/Chǎngjǐng wǔ/Escena 5/Scene 5

(Mamá,madre/Mom,mother) 又说：‘不过，我给你讲一个 (Campesino/Farmer) 和 (Serpiente/Snake) 的故事。’

(妈妈Māmā) añadió: ‘Pero te voy a contar la historia del (农夫nóngfū) y la (蛇shé) ’.

(妈妈Māmā) added, ‘But let me tell you the story of the (农夫nóngfū) and the (蛇shé) .’

场景六/Chǎngjǐng liù/Escena 6/Scene 6

‘一个 (Campesino/Farmer) 在路边看见一条 (Congelado/Frozen stiff) 的 (Serpiente/Snake) ，他觉得 (Serpiente/Snake) 很 (Dar lástima/Pitiful) ，就把它放在 (Contra el pecho/In one's arms) 。’

场景八/Chǎngjǐng bā/Escena 8/Scene 8

‘ (Campesino/Farmer) 觉得一阵 (Dolor agudo/Sharp pain) ，眼前的 (Todo/Everything) 都 (Borroso/Blurry) 了，原来他 (Envenenarse/Be poisoned) 了。’

‘El (农夫nóngfū) sintió un (剧痛jùtòng) y (一切yíqiè) se volvió (模糊móhu) ante sus ojos: se había (中毒zhòngdú) ’.

场景九/Chǎngjǐng jiǔ/Escena 9/Scene 9

‘ (Campesino/Farmer) 抓起 (Serpiente/Snake) ，使劲把它 (Estampar/Throw down) 在地上， (Arrepentirse/Regret) 地说：‘我不应该 (Dar lástima/Pitiful) (Serpiente/Snake) 这样的坏东西！’’

‘El (农夫nóngfū) agarró la (蛇shé) , la (摔shuāi) contra el suelo y dijo (后悔hòuhuǐ) : ‘¡No debería haber sentido (可怜kělián) por un bicho malo como la (蛇shé) !’’.

‘The (农夫nóngfū) grabbed the (蛇shé) , (摔shuāi) hard on the ground and said with (后悔hòuhuǐ) , ‘I shouldn't have felt sorry for a bad creature like the (蛇shé) !’’

场景十/Chǎngjǐng shí/Escena 10/Scene 10

(Dudú) 想了想，说：‘小鸟是好朋友，可以帮； (Serpiente/Snake) 是坏蛋，要小心！’这时，小鸟飞走了。

(嘟嘟Dūdū) lo pensó y dijo: ‘El pajarito es un buen amigo y se le puede ayudar; la (蛇shé) es mala y hay que tener cuidado’. En ese momento, el pajarito echó a volar.

(嘟嘟Dūdū) thought about it and said, ‘The little bird is a good friend, so we can help it; the (蛇shé) is a bad guy, so we must be careful!’ Just then, the little bird flew away.
