孙中山Sūn Zhōngshān出生chūshēng于yú１８６６年nián，是shì中国Zhōngguó民主mínzhǔ革命gémìng的de伟大wěidà先行者xiānxíngzhě。/Sun Yat-sen nació en 1866 y fue un gran precursor de la revolución democrática de China./Sun Yat-sen was born in 1866 and was a great forerunner of China's democratic revolution.
孙中山Sūn Zhōngshān一生yìshēng喜欢xǐhuan读书dúshū。/A Sun Yat-sen le gustó leer toda su vida./Sun Yat-sen loved reading his whole life.
他Tā在zài英国Yīngguó留学liúxué的de时候shíhou，有yǒu一天yìtiān几个jǐge中国Zhōngguó留学生liúxuéshēng一起yìqǐ去qù看kàn他tā，发现fāxiàn他tā的de生活shēnghuó很hěn艰苦jiānkǔ，几乎jīhū连lián吃饭chīfàn的de钱qián都dōu没有méiyǒu了le。/Cuando estudiaba en Inglaterra, un día varios estudiantes chinos fueron a visitarlo y descubrieron que su vida era muy dura, casi no le quedaba ni dinero para comer./When he was studying in England, one day several Chinese students went to visit him and found that his life was very hard—he almost had no money even to eat.
离开Líkāi前qián，这zhè几个jǐge留学生liúxuéshēng凑了còule四十sìshí英镑yīngbàng，送给sònggěi孙中山Sūn Zhōngshān补贴bǔtiē生活shēnghuó。/Antes de irse, estos estudiantes juntaron cuarenta libras y se las dieron a Sun Yat-sen para ayudarle con los gastos./Before leaving, these students pooled together forty pounds and gave them to Sun Yat-sen to help with his living expenses.
三天Sāntiān以后yǐhòu，这zhè几个jǐge留学生liúxuéshēng又yòu一起yìqǐ去qù看kàn孙中山Sūn Zhōngshān。/Tres días después, estos estudiantes volvieron juntos a visitar a Sun Yat-sen./Three days later, these students went together again to visit Sun Yat-sen.
来到Láidào孙中山Sūn Zhōngshān的de宿舍sùshè门口ménkǒu，他们tāmen敲了qiāole半天bàntiān门mén，都dōu没有méiyǒu人rén答应dāying。/Al llegar a la puerta del dormitorio de Sun Yat-sen, llamaron un buen rato a la puerta, pero nadie respondía./Arriving at the door of Sun Yat-sen's dormitory, they knocked for a long while, but no one answered.

他Tā用力yònglì敲了qiāole一会儿yíhuìr，孙中山Sūn Zhōngshān才cái来lái开门kāimén。/Llamó con fuerza un rato, y por fin Sun Yat-sen vino a abrir la puerta./He knocked hard for a while, and finally Sun Yat-sen came to open the door.
孙中山Sūn Zhōngshān不好意思地bùhǎoyìside说shuō：“请Qǐng原谅yuánliàng，我wǒ正在zhèngzài看书kànshū，没méi听见tīngjiàn你们nǐmen敲门qiāomén。/Sun Yat-sen dijo apenado: “Perdonadme, estaba leyendo y no os oí llamar a la puerta./Sun Yat-sen said, a little embarrassed: “Please forgive me, I was reading and didn't hear you knocking.
快Kuài请进qǐngjìn！”/¡Pasad, por favor!”/Please, come in!”
他们Tāmen走进zǒujìn孙中山Sūn Zhōngshān的de宿舍sùshè，看见kànjiàn桌子zhuōzi上shàng摆满了bǎimǎnle新书xīnshū。/Entraron en el dormitorio de Sun Yat-sen y vieron la mesa llena de libros nuevos./They walked into Sun Yat-sen's dormitory and saw the table covered with new books.
大家Dàjiā一算yísuàn，买mǎi这些zhèxiē书shū大概dàgài需要xūyào三十sānshí英镑yīngbàng。/Al calcularlo, comprar esos libros costaría unas treinta libras./When they worked it out, buying those books would cost about thirty pounds.
他们Tāmen觉得juéde很hěn奇怪qíguài，问wèn孙中山Sūn Zhōngshān：“你Nǐ连lián吃饭chīfàn的de钱qián都dōu不够búgòu，还hái有yǒu钱qián买mǎi书shū？”/Les pareció muy extraño, y le preguntaron a Sun Yat-sen: “Si ni siquiera te alcanza el dinero para comer, ¿cómo tienes dinero para comprar libros?”/They thought it was very strange and asked Sun Yat-sen: “You don't even have enough money to eat, yet you have money to buy books?”
“吃饭Chīfàn的de钱qián已经yǐjīng够了gòule，我wǒ用yòng剩下的shèngxiàde钱qián买mǎi的de书shū。”/“El dinero para comer ya me alcanza, compré los libros con el dinero que me sobró.”/“I already have enough money to eat; I bought the books with the money left over.”
“你Nǐ应该yīnggāi多duō买mǎi一些yìxiē好吃的hǎochīde，不要búyào把bǎ身体shēntǐ搞坏gǎohuài了le。”/“Deberías comprar más comida rica, no vayas a arruinarte la salud.”/“You should buy more good food, don't ruin your health.”
孙中山Sūn Zhōngshān笑着xiàozhe说shuō：“只要Zhǐyào吃饱chībǎo就jiù行了xíngle嘛ma。/Sun Yat-sen dijo sonriendo: “Con que coma lo suficiente ya basta./Sun Yat-sen said with a smile: “As long as I eat enough, that's fine.
