人们Rénmen常常chángcháng说shuō：“时间Shíjiān就是jiùshì生命shēngmìng！”/La gente suele decir: “¡El tiempo es vida!”/People often say: “Time is life!”
这zhè话huà一点儿yìdiǎnr也yě不假bùjiǎ。/Esta frase no tiene nada de falso./This saying isn't false at all.

这时Zhèshí，下起了xiàqǐle毛毛máomao细雨xìyǔ。/En ese momento, empezó a caer una lluvia fina./At that time, a light drizzle began to fall.
见面的Jiànmiànde时间shíjiān早就zǎojiù过了guòle，可是Kěshì那个nàge学生xuésheng却què迟迟chíchí不bù来lái。/La hora de la cita ya había pasado hacía tiempo, pero el estudiante tardaba mucho en llegar./The appointed time for the meeting had long since passed, but the student was slow in coming.
